About Tyler Darden

I'm Tyler Darden, a REALTOR® with Real Broker, LLC, licensed in Florida (SL3662859) and Alabama (146317). I've spent my career in Alabama and I'm moving my family and my business to the Pensacola area. That move is the reason this site exists. When I started researching where to live, the information was thin, stale, or written by someone selling something. I decided to publish the research I was doing anyway.

What I actually do

• Sell homes on the Florida Gulf Coast and in Baldwin County, Alabama, with a data-first pricing conversation instead of a guess.
• Help buyers relocate, including military families on PCS orders to NAS Pensacola, Whiting Field, Corry Station and Hurlburt Field. I hold the Military Relocation Professional certification.
• Publish the numbers every month, by city, so you can make a decision on facts rather than a feeling.

What I won’t do

I won’t tell you I’ve lived here for twenty years. I won’t post individual sales or addresses. I won’t send you a newsletter you didn’t ask for. If you want a straight read on the market or a real number on your house, that’s what I’m here for.
